Hi Guys
Just thought I’d let you know how come there have been no posts – I have been stuck in bed since Monday evening (ill since Sunday evening)with acute gastroenteritis. Nasty! It is hugely unfair that this two-day bug has lasted quite so long – and has been so painful! I feel like I’ve spent half my time curling up and crying out in pain – not what I expected.
Anyway, as soon as I think I must be better, I find myself crippled with cramps again – but hopefully I’l be back at work tomorrow, and capable of writing blog posts tomorrow.

Thanks Melkur and Sarah! I’m nearly there I think I might even make it to work tomorrow (fingers crossed, I have a horrible amount of emails to sort out!)
